Digitising your signatures enables us to pre-populate your signature and pre-populate it onto your legal paperwork. Once you have consented to the use of your digital signature, you will receive your personalised signed pack outlining your claim. This will be sent via welcome email and sms. You can also gain access to this via your online portal. It is recommended that you read this as soon as you receive it. If you do not wish to proceed with your claim, you have up to 14 days to cancel your claim with us.
